Eat banana, but never make this mistake

The big mistake that almost everyone makes

The most dangerous mistake when eating bananas is to consume them fully ripe (very brown) and on an empty stomach or alone.

When the banana is overripe:

  • Its starch is almost entirely converted into sugar
  • Blood glucose rises rapidly
  • Causes an insulin spike
  • Then comes a sharp drop in energy, hunger, and fatigue

In other words, although it may seem healthy, that banana can act as a sugar bomb for your body.

If you eat it neat, without protein or fat:

  • Glucose goes in too fast
  • Inflammation is encouraged
  • Fat storage is stimulated
  • The balance of the intestine is disturbed

That’s why many people feel:

  • Hunger soon after
  • Swelling
  • Tiredness
  • Craving for sweets

And they believe that the problem is “their metabolism”… when it’s actually the way they eat the banana.

The color of the banana does matter
